The location is perfect for concerts since it is near the arena. Public transport is available right outside the hotel. All staff were friendly and helpful and kind.
The air conditioning wasn't as good as expected. It felt warm and uncomfortable while lying in bed, and the settings were not very adjustable. There wasn't much to cook with. I bought extra things.

the location was great for accessing the 3arena! the staff at reception was really lovely. the rooms looked beautiful! the beds were super comfy.
The pillows were very hard. I didn't like them at all. the shower units were faulty! the bathroom sink didn't drain properly. it was frustrating

EXCELLENT arena location!
perfect locationeasy walksmooth departure
i found the location excellent especially since i was attending an event at the 3 arena. the proximity allowed for a very quick and easy walk to and from the venue. i also appreciated the tram stop right outside, offering convenient access to the city center. the airport bus stop nearby made my arrival and departure smooth.
i did notice that the lights in the living room were a bit dim, a little difficult to read in the evenings.

the staff were very cute and always ready to help with any questions or requests i had. they provided quick and efficient assistance whenever needed. luggage storage was available allowing guests to store their bags securely.

the hotel IS near the 3 arena providing convenient access for events. the tram stop outside offers easy transportation to various parts of the city. several restaurants ARE within walking distance offering a range of dining options.

the room included a tv which served as a room divider offering a clever use of space. the kitchenette HAD good facilities for preparing meals. the apartment WAS the perfect size for a short stay providing all necessary amenities.

I appreciate the good location. It was easy accessible by tram. Shops are very close by. Staff was very friendly.
I found the bed to be quite hard. It felt expensive but I hear this is true for all locations. Windows did not open so fresh air was impossible.
